The Science of Success

Call To Science — Nov 2017

What about having an explanation for it all? Just knowing how to avoid more dangerous paths and selecting easier ones? Search for luck and avoid misfortunes? Anticipate reality, by fostering study and practice? What in fact is the science of success?

Success isn’t an act of justice or truth. You can’t reach it just because you really want it! Success is “never” guaranteed, it is “insanely” unstable – to maintain it, work is required! It’s a system of constant imbalance. There isn’t a mathematical formula nor a scientific method to guarantee it.

Success has enemies! Opponents! Opposing forces!

Our line of business depends on many exact factors (apparently) – that in reality are exposed to despicable misfortunes, the inevitable human error; but also to the knowledge and talent of people who believe there is always a solution.

The secret of success is in being optimistic, overcoming opposing forces with knowledge and attitude.

However, paradoxically, there isn’t success without optimism and optimism without success!

Something that works in continuous action-reaction!

Our optimism is born and reborn with success stories. These are our most recent stories.

Let’s celebrate!

News from Vodafone Ireland

VFIE Emerald | Business Processes & Enterprise Products Migration

Since late July, we have been working with Enterprise Customer Services of Vodafone Ireland in (re)defining their business processes and making them ready for their own product rationalization and new National Fibre Network (NFN) which is being rolled-out.

Using CELFOCUS’ facilitation maps framework we are helping Vodafone define new end-to-end processes on Sell, Build and Run domains for their new product set on data (IP VPN, Ethernet VPN, Direct Internet Access) and voice (WLR, SIP Trunk, Inbound Voice) both for local and global deals.

By analysing the as-is and to-be network and products, Vodafone’s current customer base, and the target business processes being defined, we are also working to draw the roadmap to migrate each customer and get them to the new product set.

SIRO AD | Business Products

As the second major release this year on SIRO, we have implemented changes on BSS and OSS systems to support the required bespoke business process for SIRO’s enterprise custom solutions (Business Products). By introducing additional manual steps jointly with automated information gathering and validations within the process, SIRO now has additional control during the order and fulfilment process to provide their Lightburst and Lightflame products to Operators.
