APEX (internal name for the AI-Powered Excellence Project) is leading the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) practices to enhance the Organization's solution delivery process. The project monitors and evaluates market trends and identifies appropriate tools and processes to integrate into our daily operations. Through small, incremental changes, APEX aims to continuously improve the way we deliver solutions.
As the power of Generative AI expands and transforms industries, we at Celfocus are integrating GenAI into our tools and processes to redefine the way we design, deploy and deliver solutions. It is essential that we learn, adapt, and embed GenAI technology to evolve our delivery, be it tools, processes, or methodologies.
The APEX project sets the pace to include these evolutions and changes into our engineering teams so that we better respond to market demands, and gain an edge over our competitors.
Although the GenAI tools will benefit the day-to-day activities of our engineers, it is not just about development. The entire software lifecycle and the teams involved in it will benefit from this technology improvements that goes from planning, analysis, design, build and maintenance up to deployment and testing.
We have started this journey earlier this year by introducing GitHub CoPilot to our engineers, so if you haven’t started yet, now is the best time to do so.
