This year, we celebrate the diverse paths we take, individually and collectively, and how each one brings us closer to our goals. Each way - whether familiar or unexpected - leads us forward, shaping our future and guiding us toward new achievements. In 2025, let's keep moving with purpose and ambition. Happy Holidays!
During the month of October we marked Cybersecurity Awareness Month! This date is important to remind us there are ways to keep yourself safe online, protect your personal data, and ultimately help to secure Celfocus from cyber threats that can compromise our business.
As part of this initiative, we launched weekly episodes of a mini-series focusing on cybersecurity-related topics. You can see all these videos on our Celfocus Live! Teams channel.
Another year where we invited everyone to join us for this Autumn tradition and enjoy warm roasted chestnuts and good company. See the recap video of this event in Lisbon and Porto here.
This year, we connected our anniversary sports tournaments with a meaningful social cause. For every player who participated, Celfocus made a donation to Somos Nós, an organization dedicated to supporting young people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have reached the end of their school years and need alternatives for personal and professional fulfillment.
We are proud to share that this contribution will support the construction of independent living residences, a project consisting of six houses where 30 people will live in an inclusive and family-like environment, with the support of specialized care professionals. Thank you to everyone who joined the tournaments and played for a greater cause!
There was another edition of our internal initiative Hack This "for the books", this time testing our internal tool LearnAI!

To celebrate International Day of People with Disabilities, we hosted a special initiative for you and your children on December 14th, at our Lisbon and Porto offices. The event featured an interactive storytelling session with three wonderful children's books. The stories were brought to life by storytellers from Nuvem Vitória, an organization dedicated to storytelling for children in pediatric care.
This unique event provided an opportunity to foster empathy and inclusion in future generations. See the photos here.
