We've been in our Porto office for some time now, but that doesn't mean there weren't good reasons to officially inaugurate it! Thanks to the Porto colleagues who joined us in marking this milestone in Celfocus' history and enjoy another fun gathering. See the recap here.
Our tradition continues! We gathered in Lisbon toenjoy the last moments of summer with an ice cream. Taking this opportunity to reunite with colleagues and catching up after a well-earned holiday break. You can see how it went here.
October marked Celfocus’!Over the past decades, we’ve been driven by innovation, technology, collaboration, and the incredible talent of our #celfies!To celebrate this milestone, our teams gathered in different offices for a memorable Anniversary Get Together! We also we brought the sports tournaments once again, with Padel and Football Tournaments.
On October 9th, we held a Mental Health webinar with Dr. Henrique Prata, where we discussed how to identify and address challenges like burnout, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. This initiative aimed to help improve our work-life balance and boost our wellbeing. Click on this link to watch the recording, presentation, and Q&A responses.
In September we hosted a Global Townhall covering key topics including our progress with ALDI’s project, one of Europe’s largest retailers, recent GenAI innovations being implemented in solution delivery, and updates on initiatives regarding our People and Leadership development. This year’s Holiday Celebration will take place on December 5that Pátio da Galé, Lisbon, from 10pm-3am. This eventis an opportunity to come together, enjoy each other's company and celebratethe exciting year ahead!
