How do we make data actionable for our clients?

Making Data Actionable is our purpose and the foundation of every decision we make that impact, not only our people, but also our clients. Through Next‑Gen Intelligence, which brings together data, artificial intelligence and indispensable human creativity, we co‑create intelligent solutions that transform data into insight, agility and business value.

How is this possible? We attract and engage the right people, with smarter tools and AI‑first mindset. We design innovative, reusable, and high‑value solutions, combining data‑first foundations and advanced analytics. We establish strategic partnerships to strengthen and scale client relationships.

For a newcomer, I would say this:

Next‑Gen Intelligence may sound intimidating at first, but it’s actually the gateway to a more competitive and growth‑driven future for us. It’s a strategy that brings together Artificial Intelligence,critical in today’s market, with the best we have to offer: our world‑class engineering team. Data will remain our strongest ally, helping us improve decisions, simplify operations, and deliver real business impact.

To a family member:

Imagine a company as someone trying to navigate a huge city they’ve never been to. They have loads of maps, notes, directions…but everything is scattered and messy. It’s overwhelming.

First, we clean up the mess.
We take all those maps and notes — the company’s information — and organize them into one clear, simple GPS view. Now they finally understand where they are and what’s around them.

Then comes AI — the smart amplifier.
AI doesn’t just show the map. It says:

  • “There’s traffic ahead, go this way.”
  • “Your destination is busy — want a faster route?”
  • “By the way, here’s an opportunity you hadn’t noticed.”

It interprets the data, suggests actions,predicts problems, and helps make decisions faster and with more confidence.

So our strategy is basically this:
_Turn confusing information into a clear map.
_Use AI as the amplifier that guides companies toward better decisions and faster growth.

Will AI be the villain that replaces our people’s jobs?

No. AI will change jobs, not eliminate the need for people. The real shift is work. Routine tasks will increasingly be automated. What grows in importance is judgment, critical thinking, domain expertise, and decision ownership.

At Celfocus, we see AI as an amplifier. It increases the productivity and importance of our people. It’ll boost creativity by using AI first and hybrid ways of working and speed up development, enabling people to growth and succeed in their careers.

What do you see as the biggest threat to success this year?

The widespread adoption of Artificial Intelligence at scale. The experimental phase is behind us. The focus will be on operationalising AI: integrating it into core business processes, strengthening its role in decision‑making, and using it to create value for customers.

At the same time, we will see a transformation in the structure of professional profiles within organisations where the ability to combine technical knowledge, critical thinking and business insight will be essential.

And also, the current geopolitical situation, which shows no signs of improvement, will continue to create an atmosphere of uncertainty and caution, leading many organisations to further postpone investments.

What word should set the tone for the months ahead?

Energy

I know it may sound a bit obvious, but it’s 100% true. This will be a year of growth, and it will be essential for all of us to work in the same direction. We have the strategy, the capabilities and the opportunity. What will set us apart now is our ability to execute consistently and at scale. It’s about turning intelligence into action, every single day.
