About the Project:

Celfocus showcases its versatility through Vodafone TV (VTV), delivering a wide array of services across 10 European markets, serving more than 3,1 million clients. Our expertise spans Data & Analytics, AWS Cloud Engineering, Google APIGee, Operations, TV backend integration, and extended components development.

Although the team delivered many projects, we highlight the Operational Console used by Technical and Customer Operations teams to remotely manage and troubleshoot client devices.This could not be achieved without leveraging our comprehensive cloud-based analytics pipeline that oversees all the process starting on data collection, processing and delivering valuable and actionable insights to Technical and Business teams. And our cloud-based API Gateway that acts as a security layerand an orchestrator for the most important TV processes, being a crucial component to the end customer to access content anytime and anywhere.

What & how did we deliver?

Introducing our comprehensive program that seamlessly integrates customer needs across cloud engineering, data & analytics, TV backend, and operations portal domains. Our flexible delivery model combines scaled agile teams collaborating with Vodafone's architecture and rollout experts and also targeted waterfall projects for specific scopes when needed. This approach is underpinned by robust quality assurance, release management and TV architecture office.

We offer cutting-edge cloud services, FinOps, and Operations solutions, ensuring financial control, SLA-driven operations, incident management, solution management, change management and continuous improvement. Additionally, we provide strategic T&M resources directly to clients, supporting high-visibility areas such as product roadmap leadership, device integration, and voice recommendation systems.

Our program delivers end-to-end solutions, from cloud infrastructure to innovative technology, positioning us as a versatile, one-stop partner for Vodafone.

What is the added value for the client?

Operations Efficiency & Customer Satisfaction: Our TV Operations Portal has been transforming client devices management to enhance real-time troubleshooting and control of Set-Top-Boxes, streamlining operations, reducing field service costs and reducing the time-to-solve incidents for the customer.
