The Celfocus Delivery Portfolio is an end-user designed Power BI tool that consolidates data from various projects and services into a single, standardized source. This unified format ensures that all relevant information is accessible and comprehensible, whether it pertains to individual projects or aggregated data sets.

By providing a clear view of key metrics, the portfolio enhances the engagement of management and leadership teams. This easy access to data supports swift, informed decision-making, allowing teams to quickly identify trends, spot potential issues, and make informed choices.

The tool's comprehensive visibility and standardization enable proactive issue resolution and targeted performance enhancements. This ensures that projects and services within the portfolio are continuously optimized and aligned with the Celfocus standards.

This tool, developed by the Delivery Domain team is aimed to be used for:

• ‍360 Overview: Board, executives and VCC Directors
• ‍Sliced View: Program Managers and Account Managers 
• ‍Project Overview: Project Managers

‍Data Fillers: Stakeholderswith responsibility to provide information for Pre-Processing:

• ‍Project Manager: Engagement Manager responsible for providing project/service monthly information, through the Online SharePoint List.
• ‍Controller: Controller responsible to provide financial monthly information,through SAP.

Pre-Processing: Transformations to provide information to thesolution: 

• Online SharePoint Lists (using Power Automate):  SharePoint Lists with multiple questions that provide additional information about the project/service. 

Information is transferred from SharePoint Lists to Microsoft Excel (stored in SharePoint) using Power Automate tool. 

Data Sources: Sources that the solution is using to provide information:   

• Online SharePoint List: Information provided by Engagement Managers about the project/service – oneshot
• Financial Info: Financial information extracted from SAP (at the company level) - every month. 

Data Model 

• Shared Data Model: PowerBI file with information about the model (relationships between files and creation of measures/attributes) to be shared with several reports.
