The value of making choices

It’s hard to find a one-size-fits-all definition of value proposition that fits each individual, regarding the volatility of our business, our clients, and our projects.
Looking at each person, it’s almost impossible to have a unified view of what fits everyone's purpose. Instead of trying to do so, what if we try to find in each task, project, client, technology, or challenge what we really like and dislike? And the most important question to start with is... WHY?
This "simple" question will reveal a lot about what we value in everything we do, and what we really should avoid. Personal motivation comes from knowing better what we really love to be/do.

At Orange Business Services you are not just joining a tech and software company, you’re joining a worldwide team united to serve our B2B customers wherever they are on the globe.

CELFOCUS eSign | Licensing model for Vodafone Group

After +2 years of negotiation, Celfocus has closed a contract with Vodafone Group for the CELFOCUS eSign product.

What does this mean?

  1. We now have two listed products on Vodafone Group's product catalogue, Celfocus Omnichannel and Celfocus eSign.
  2. Product licenses are managed at the OpCo level (allowing us to competitively negotiate with Opcos directly) and not with VF Group.
  3. For the first time, we now have a standard pricing for the product software at the group level.
  4. All derivative works and product customisations are the property of Celfocus!
  5. We offer standard support 8hours x 5days (Lisbon time) and an optional 24x7 subject to additional fee.
  6. SLA breaches are not subject to predefined Service Credits.
  7. Celfocus is not obligated to support services when payments are due or not contracted.

On October 20th, Celfocus celebrated 22!

On this day, we brought colleagues together for an evening of fun and relaxed interactions, where everyone had the opportunity to feel Celfocus’ true spirit, meet new colleagues and celebrate.
