Generative AI is undoubtedly transforming the Learning and Development (L&D) landscape. It is reshaping the experiences of both learners and trainers by introducing new tools and methods, while simultaneously requiring the development of new competencies and skills.
Integrating generative AI into the L&D workflow can expedite the creation of customized learning resources. During the course design phase, generative AI can significantly reduce the time needed to produce learning materials, ensuring that the content aligns with learning objectives.
Embracing generative AI for content creation will be a key differentiator for forward-thinking organizations, enabling them to stay ahead in an increasingly content-driven world.
About the Tool
LearnAI aims to meet the growing demand for content, enhance quality and consistency, improve efficiency, and drive personalization. It can also provide a competitive edge, empower content creators andinstructors, and ensures ethical AI use.
LearnAI uses advanced Generative AI technology to automatically generate high-quality learning content tailored toour specific needs. Whether we are developing learning materials for executive summaries, detailed summaries, skills assessments, quizzes, or questionnaires, the tool ensures the content is not only relevant and up-to-date but alsointeractive and impactful.

To build an intranet that provides easy access to corporate information, useful links, resources, and all team’s knowledge pages, we’ve updated the Celfocus Intranet Homepage.
This new space continues to provide clear and easy navigation, and a fresh, while design maintaining its former contents and adding new pages:
The Intranet Homepage also continues to provide quick access to corporate and admin tools, templates, latest news, and events. The top menu gives easy access to all Celfocus Knowledge Pages from Capabilities and Leverages.
As part of our "Acting with a Purpose" initiative, the giving program aims to promote Celfocus’ commitment to supporting causes and projects in the Education sector, particularly those that promote access to better education for special groups and individuals in need.
Agrupamento de Escolas Pedro Jacques de Magalhães in Alverca do Ribatejo has over one hundred students who have been diagnosed with significant pathologies, such as non-verbal communication, multiple disabilities, communication/language difficulties, motor difficulties, global developmental delays, Down syndrome, and other intellectual/cognitive developmental disorders.
To help the school work effectively with these children, we're happy to say that we've donated the following equipment’s identified by the educational team: 5 laptops, 5 mouses, 3 C-Pen Readers, and 2 communication boards.
We thank Ricardo Martins Lourenço for identifying this need within the school and for connecting them with our social responsibility team.
