Which Celfies stand out?

Celfocus Awards are back for their 5th edition, celebrating the exceptional talent, dedication, and innovation within our organisation. This edition features new categories and opportunities to recognize colleagues that contribute to our collective success.

What's New?

New Award Categories: This year, we've reimagined our award categories to highlight the skills and attributes we value most. By moving beyond traditional job roles, we aim to spotlight qualities that showcase the full scope of our colleagues' contributions, from leadership and creativity to collaboration and problem-solving.

Our categories:

  1. Innovator: Recognizes those who stand out for their creative ideas and innovative solutions, changing how we approach challenges.
  2. Tech Expert: Recognizes individuals who leverage technical expertise to solve complex challenges, stay ahead of technological trends and drive impactful results through mastery of tools and systems.
  3. Mentor: Celebrates individuals who guide and inspire others through leadership and mentorship, helping colleagues grow and develop.
  4. Team Player: For those who excel in teamwork and collaboration, fostering unity and cooperation across teams.
  5. Communicator: Colleagues who communicate effectively, whether by clearly conveying complex ideas, aligning teams, or facilitating discussions.
  6. Problem Solver: Recognizes those with exceptional problem-solving skills, using critical thinking to find smart and efficient solutions.
  7. People Person: For those who show empathy and emotional intelligence when working with colleagues or clients, fostering a positive work environment.
  8. Creative: Recognizes those who bring imagination and originality to their work, using fresh perspectives to develop unique solutions and inspire others.
  9. Decision Maker: Celebrates individuals who excel in making thoughtful, impactful decisions, providing clear guidance and ensuring alignment during complex situations.
  10. Curious One: Honors those with an insatiable thirst for knowledge, embracing lifelong learning to stay ahead, explore new ideas, and expand their horizons.
  11. Value Creator: Recognizes individuals who deliver exceptional results through continuous improvement and drive excellence in everything they do.

How it works:

Nominate colleagues who consistently embody the skill listed, write a small description of why you believe they represent that skill best – make sure to include their Professional Name and NB. Once the nomination phase is complete, we will share a shortlist of three, in case of ties we will include shortlisted nominees with the same number of votes.

  • NOMINATIONS

To participate, submit your nominations using this FORM until August 1st. Share detailed examples that illustrate why your nominee deserves recognition. Winners of the last edition of Celfocus Awards will not proceed to the shortlist phase as a way to diversify this initiative.

  • VOTING

Once the nomination phase is complete, we will analyse your answers and share a shortlist. Shortlists are the 3 most voted nominees, in case there are ties we will include shortlisted nominees with the same number of votes. Voting phase will be between August 11th and September 10th.

  • REVEAL

Well will share the winners on October. Join us in making the Celfocus Awards a platform to honour those who make a difference every day!
