


The Flex Benefits sessions took place over the last few months, where we were able to learn more about the 2025/2026 cycle and clarify all our doubts about the different benefits.
There were 4 sessions covering all the benefits available, giving us the opportunity to learn about all the advantages and take more informed decisions. If you weren't able to attend these, you can access the recordings in Webinars & Internal Initiatives.
As in past years, the benefits cover Education, Mobility, Retirement, Health and Well-being and Technology, but this time with a few different layers. Get to know all the benefits you can enjoy and make your choices here.

The first edition of the year, in Porto, was hosted by Igor Terroso and Sofia Esteves in February.
It was a moment of getting to know the new colleagues, their expectations and ideas for improvements, and creating new bonds.

In February we kicked off the monthly celebrations of Celfocus' 25th anniversary with an initiative that will enhance your experience on-site in Lisbon and Porto throughout the year.
All designed with your well-being and sustainability in mind, you can count on:
☕ Two free hot beverages per day: Use your Celfocus card at the vending machines.
🍏 Fresh fruit in office kitchens: Partnering with Equal Food for a sustainable impact.
🍵 A variety of teas available: Stock will be refilled periodically.
But wait, there's more! March brought us the oportunity to enjoy a quick massage, helping us to relax and recharge.
Align with our commitment to well-being, this initiative gave us the chance to take a break from our work routine and dedicate 15 minutes to ourselves.
Definitely one to repeat, stay tuned!

And as good things always come in threes, April arrived at the offices, not only with a blackout, but with baskets full of different snacks to keep our energy fuelled and give us a good reason to take a break.

On March 8, we celebrated International Women's Day with a special webinar on the evolution, challenges and ways to promote the inclusion of women in the technology industry.
Inês Silva, Ana Filipa Tavares and Margarida Afonso were our hosts, who also introduced us to the Techovation Girls program and our efforts to mentor women in technology.

March brought a new edition of Hack This, a challenge within the Hackaton initiative where we were invited to hack a Celfocus project, expanding our knowledge and making our solutions more secure.
This time, the target was Vodafone's One App, also known as My Vodafone. There was a total of 40 participants who impressed the Vodafone team with the depth and quality of their 35 detected vulnerabilities.
Congratulations to all the participants and a particular shout-out to this edition’s winners:
🏆First place: Francisco Alvim Martins, Alex Dias and Chernor Bah
🏆Second place: Ana Filipa Almeida, Bruno and Beatriz Pereira Santos
🏆Third place: Nuno Dias
On April 7, we celebrated our Spring Day, an event filled with conversations, laughter, knowledge and a challenge full of creativity.
Throughout the day, Building 25 challenged us to create the most creative and bold “25” we could think of and awarded 6 winners with tickets to a summer festival of their choice- congratulations Catarina Gama Martins, Inês Azevedo, Jessica Guerreiro, João Sobral Guimarães, Mariana Lopes Monteiro and Raquel Braga.
We also had time for a nutrition webinar where we debunked food myths and facts with the nutritionist Filipa Medeiros de Almeida. You can check out the session here.
And we wrapped up the day with a get-together where we had the chance to meet each other, enjoy some snacks and drinks and toast with a big rainbow. Check out the best moments here.
