Jawwy is a digital mobile brand launched by the STC Group (Saudi Telecom Company) in 2016, created to serve a new generation of tech-savvy, digitally native consumers in Saudi Arabia. It is designed to offer a fully digital, app-based experience that allows users to customize, manage, and monitor their mobile plans in real time.

Our mission is to migrate all subscribers and their portfolio from the old systems to the new stack.

Our data migration project is driven by a structured, batch-based approach and robust governance. We analyze the client’s legacy systems and the target stack, creating detailed migration plans and scripts for phased execution. As governance leaders, we coordinate stakeholders, oversee their deliverables, and guide client actions, particularly for their legacy components. We provide expert consultancy, steering critical decisions, and manage freeze, extract, transform and load processes. Our team performs data transformations based on business rules, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity. This client-collaborative, methodical process delivers a scalable, resilient system ready for future enhancements.
