The Vodafone Group – Business segment has launched V-Hub in the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy. A service, delivered by Celfocus, that provides Small & Medium Enterprises with insight and guidance on how to get more out of technology, boost digital knowhow and harness new opportunities.
V-Hub offers digital business insight, one-to-one support and topical information – all in one place – by providing detailed guides, in various format: videos, webinars, chat and phone service. These guides cover topics such as website creation, digital marketing, remote working and cyber security. Content will cater to different levels of understanding, from beginner to those with greater knowledge of digital services.
Working under a remote context, Celfocus’ agile teams successfully delivered four websites (one for each market) under the revamped Vodafone Business Online Portal, also previously delivered by Celfocus, and executed the integration of service functionalities on those sites.
Celfocus’ eShop Digital, Omnichannel Digital Squads and the Omnichannel Product team have successfully delivered a new Online Store at Vodafone Portugal!
Following a recognizable and distinguished rollout of all Vodafone websites, Celfocus was awarded with the extension of the digital transformation, taking place at Vodafone Portugal, to the operator’s online store.
From technological point of view, the new Online store is based on our cross-channel solution, CELFOCUS Omnichannel 3.0. This version of our internal product follows cloud-native TM forum standards and a microservices architecture. Additionally, this upgrade uses Celfocus’ containerized Product Catalogue, uServices developed based on a differentiating factor, the TMF standards and OpenApi’s and Cloud deployment - AWS.

Celfocus Digital Week was a virtual adoption of the Celfocus Days initiative (Agility Day & Analysis Day), which covered the digital world, through different lenses: business, technology, delivery… As well as a chance to look at the future through the new normal and a crystal ball.
During 5 days, 1 hour and 30 minutes per day, Celfocus was inspired by 16 talented speakers and even won prizes along the way! The objetive of this event was to share relatable and interesting content for the telecommunications & banking community.
