In November, we got together to taste the cozy crunch of autumn continuing our annual "Magusto" tradition!

Luís Paulo Salvado, Liliana Anacleto Silva and Inês Ferreira hosted the last Plugin Breakfast edition of the year in Lisbon.
It was a moment to meet new colleagues, exchange experiences, and strengthen connections in a welcoming environment.
On November 10th our team and leadership inaugurated the Celfocus Egypt Delivery Centre, in Cairo.
It was a moment to celebrate our growth, collaboration and the remarkable achievements of our teams.
On October, we joined João Cordeiro Santos, Sónia Vasconcelos, Álvaro Ferreira, Miguel Graça and Margarida Silva to explore what it truly means to be authentic at work and how each of us can help make Celfocus a place where everyone belongs.
We still had the pleasure to meet Cátia Figueiredo, ILGA Board member, that gave us real insights on why safe spaces are essential for inclusion, wellbeing, and innovation. Watch it here.
We started October celebrating the World Mental Health Day with a sweet reminder to take a break and recharge: a Kit Kat.
