From December 10th to the 16th, Celfocus’ Agility Days gathered 21 internal and (1) external speakers to spread knowledge and experience on Agile teams, what is needed to support scaling, technology that boosts agility, people, culture and creating and capturing value.
This initiative taking place over 5 days, 1 hour and 30 minutes per day, was a virtual adoption of the Celfocus Days initiative (Agility Day & Analysis Day). The objetive of this event was to share relatable and interesting content for the telecommunications & banking community in what concerns agility.
