Every successful delivery, innovative idea, AI transformation initiative or cultural milestone is the result of people working together, bringing different perspectives, skills and experiences to a common goal. That reality inspired the evolution of Celfocus Awards for 2026.
This year, we are introducing a new recognition model that shifts the focus from individuals to teams, celebrating the collective achievements that drive Celfocus forward.
The change reflects how we work today: across teams, disciplines and projects, where collaboration plays a decisive role in creating value for our clients and for our company.
The new model is built around four award categories that recognize different dimensions of team success:
Together, these categories highlight how teams transform the business through AI, create innovative solutions, collaborate to achieve meaningful results and strengthen our culture every day.
To ensure a fair and consistent evaluation process, nominations will be reviewed against defined criteria and assessed by an internal jury, supported by evidence provided by each team.
The evolution goes beyond who is recognized. It also transforms what it means to win.
Instead of an individual prize, each winning team will receive a team experience budget of 500€, designed to create a shared experience. Whether through a team-building activity, a lunch, a dinner or another shared moment, the goal is simple: celebrate success together and reinforce the connections that made that success possible.
Because recognition is not only about looking back at what was achieved. It is also about strengthening the relationships, trust and sense of belonging that help teams achieve even more in the future.
