The story takes place at a progressive elementary school, during a ‘talking and listening’ exercise at a parents' meeting. Jaded by the mundane life stories of those around him, Tom (the protagonist)  decides to make things a little bit more interesting when it’s his turn to share, quickly turning things equally funny and cringe.

The next time you feel bored, you can take Tom's experience and have a little bit of fun with it. If it doesn't go as planned - or the people around you don't seem to be that amused - you will at least be able to laugh about it for years to come.
