Bárbara Ramos. During a project crisis, Bárbara identifies critical points and organizes the necessary team to address them, not forgetting to align and provide visibility to the client. You can count on her to manage projects with many dependencies.

André Gaspar. Being discreet does not mean being invisible: it means being intentional about where you place your influence. It is a powerful combination – the wisdom to see potential and the courage to challenge the status quo.

Sérgio Sá. He is always ready to solve difficult challenges and is one of the most proactive people I have worked with in Celfocus. He catches the attention of the clients by proposing realistic plans, feasible actions and making them happen.
