Francisco is a problem-solving mean machine. He gets through a lot of difficult challenges every day, and on this team we all hold a dear memory of the office days, when things got tricky we would go get a nice cup of tea with him, sometimes with an extra rubber duck debbuging session included.
Which colleague is most obsessed with the project’s healthy “burndown”? Why him/her?
Cristina, the years she has been responsible for the VTD EAI team are an example of team management, I believe with time she gained that “obsession”.
