André Cravo. I remember André Cravo, not for the joke part, but for the good mood and optimism he brings in moments of chaos in a project. With stress rising due to tight deadlines and unresolved issues, André helps to relieve the tension and put the focus on the goal.

Who is your colleague that, even on Monday morning, is almost always in a good mood?

António Pereira. António, in addition to being a positive and optimistic person, manages to be almost always in a good mood even with only a few hours of sleep (little kids).

Which colleague can best calm the client, especially in increasingly tense situations?

Pedro Amaral Fonseca. Pedro is the person to handle this challenge. He can easily understand the customer’s pain points and align actions with all to overcome the problems and put a smile on the customer’s face.

Which colleague has the most fun solving the project's tough problems?

Luis Almeida Batista. Always highly motivated to resolve issues and clarify financial reporting for the Nucleus project with the customer! Tireless and with a mega financial control line!

Which colleague believes that sometimes the code takes on a life of its own and that is even fun?

Pedro Andrade. The lack of knowledge of the processes/code in the first instance, together with some atypical situations, serve as the basis for an entire process of analysis and investigation that is only possible with Pedro's good disposition and motivation.

João Alves André. Since I met João I realized that he is a very cheerful person with a good sense of humour. For that reason, I know that no matter how lame a joke was, he would always find it funny and then even try to tell a worse one.
