Which colleague is always wary of the tiniest details? Why him/her?
Barbara is the person I’ve worked with that most worries about having everything perfect in her tasks. Besides that, she does it fast and with quality. An excellent team player and a must in any project.
Which of your colleagues’ best identifies what is blocking the project’s progression? Why him/her?
Fábio because I’ve worked with him since I first came to Celfocus and considering his wit and professional experience he can easily anticipate problem that can set down the project.
Which colleague best knows how to highlight what makes the client gain trust? Why him/her?
Miguel Raposo: excelent communication skills, which he knows how to use very well on pre-sales, but also along the projects, constantly selling an idea of competence and confidence on the work being produced by the team.
Which colleague prefers a helicopeter view rather than diving in the details? Why him/her?
Alfredo, because looking at the broad picture and not (only) to the detail is part of who he is.
