Miguel D’Oliveira. When it comes to the embodiment of "healthy perfectionism" in our team, I must commend Miguel, for consistently demonstrating commitment to excellence in execution. His methodology is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and the pursuit of quality outcomes.

Who is the colleague who best knows how to conduct the right experiments to help resolve a technological dilemma? 

Fábio Pereira. He is always up for a challenge and there's nothing better than a good old POC. His vast experience in all kinds of technology is a guarantee that even for the trickiest dilemma, a great solution will be found.

Which of your colleagues best helps the team safely take greater risks? 

Rhys Evans. Given his excellent management and communication skills, Rhys is always able to negotiate and meet in the middle with the client and the team.

This ensures a better overall achievement of all the parties' goals, yet with a very controlled and informed level of risk, always fully supported by the necessary assumptions.

Which of your colleagues is best at balancing project dynamics? 

Carolina Paulo. Carolina played a lead role on Project Nucleus during a period of significant stakeholder complexity and scope fluidity: Elements of our scope were not possible due to dependencies with other vendors (creating some spare capacity in our team).

Meanwhile, stakeholders in VF-Portugal and VF-Group were both pushing for new (and partly conflicting) scope. 

Carolina excelled in balancing the dynamics: firstly, working out with the team what was possible, and then gently influencing key stakeholders to an agreed rescope.
