Bankinter Mortgage Loans Solution is live!

Bankinter Portugal chose Celfocus to implement a digital and pioneering Mortgage Loans solution.

The new solution integrates the bank's digital transformation strategy, ensures the simplification of the mortgage loans contracting process, and provides clients with a better experience. Simplifying all Mortgage Loans process, not only to the customer that never needs to be face to face with the bank until the deed, but also for internal bank operations with more automations and integrations between systems.

After 1 month live, the first Bankinter customers are reaching the end of the process (deed) with very positive feedback.

Go Live of the 1st phase of Paytel’s Billing Transformation

The 1st phase of Paytel’s Billing Transformation is now live!

This was a major milestone for Paytel - a SIBS owned Polish Acquirer, in their ongoing business transformation, and crucial to support its growth trajectory, as remarked by SIBS CEO in her congratulations to all teams involved.

This was also another big step for Celfocus Revenue Management Business Unit and its participation in SIBS Billing Transformation program - Billions.

We are deploying BRM - a Revenue Management System built with Telco in mind - to support SIBS Intra banking business, with outstanding success. The solution is already being used for Open Banking API Monetisation, IPS and MFTWeb; with a huge pipeline of SIBS monetisation processes planned for further stages.
