Call To Geometry — Feb 2020

Perfection is an obstacle.

Good engineering is full of compromises and restrictions. Achieving any practical result requires making choices of the resources we have. Nature is full of such examples, compromises, balances, complementarities etc. What results in good engineering is what defines the “perfection” that really matters. Only possible things matter. That defines the nature of our work.

The golden Rule

Each particular form and behaviour is determined by a unique parametric seed called phi-nome.

PEGA – Go Live

PEGA is a transformation project that started in September 2018 at Vodafone Portugal, aimed at changing the way marketing campaigns are set and what they offer.

PEGA applies adaptive models in order to determine the best offer, channel and contact for a specific client, account or service from the among identified. The Macrostrategy used aggregates all the use case specific sub-strategies and other adaptive models and prioritization related sub-strategies in one unique strategy.

On January 27th, the first Vodafone Portugal customers were contacted with offers coming from PEGA. This is a very important milestone for the Project Team and for Celfocus as it is the first PEGA project delivered by Celfocus.
