Celfocus offices: a container to gain perspective
CELFOCUS offices are a starting point.
Focusing on creation, tools and the dream.
The goal comes afterwards.
A new concept for spaces, with the objective of guaranteeing that our offices in Lisbon, Oporto, Istanbul, Dubai, Newbury and Hammersmith share an identity that is recognized by all.
To reinvent a concept for our spaces, we started with the coordinate, and took the degree symbol as a focal point. Being CELFOCUS, belonging, is now present in our spaces and in the connections we establish.
The circle is a starting point for new connections and a new language, from the individual to the whole, from one place to the rest of the world. The circle is also broken, open, to work as a container of new ideas.
There is always something new to see, something new to reach.
This new language allows us to see the world with a different perspective. Show that everything is just a matter of perspective. From far we see the whole, close up we see the individual.
This new image can already be seen in our offices in Istanbul, Lisbon (Vodafone building) and Oporto. Soon we will be reaching new coordinates.
Celfocus offices are more than an extension of our communication; they are not a means to send the same message. They are a mirror and a dynamic speaker of our culture.
Ramadan in Dubai, did you know?
Dubai-UAE is a Muslim country, which follows the greatest religious observance in Islam, the annual month of fasting during Ramadan. Ramadan is the 9th month of the Islamic lunar calendar, when the revelation of the Qur’an (Islam’s Holy Book) began.
Ramadan affects and changes the lives of people in Muslim countries like U.A.E. During this month, it is strictly prohibited to eat, drink and even smoke on the streets or in public places during daylight hours. Instead, it must be done inside establishments. However, establishments that normally serve alcoholic beverages may refrain from doing so during Ramadan.
Also during Ramadan, as per Article 65 of the UAE labor law, the normal working hours are reduced by two hours, including non-Muslim residents.
Muslims all over the world observe fasting from dawn to dusk daily for 30 days as ordained in the Qur’an. By sunset, they are then allowed to break their fast, the fast-breaking meal is called Iftar.
In observance of the Muslim culture and tradition, Celfocus joins the celebration of this season by holding Iftar dinner for employees and esteemed guests. This dinner is hosted every year to promote the spirit of friendship and camaraderie among associates and friends in Dubai.
This year, we held Iftar at The Channels Restaurant in Media Rotana Hotel on 21st of June, Tuesday.
